The Mass Flow Meter is designed based on the Coriolis force principle, delivering direct and highly accurate mass flow measurement without the need for temperature or pressure compensation.
Unlike traditional flow meters, it measures true mass flow and simultaneously provides multiple parameters including mass flow, volumetric flow, density, and temperature. Measurement accuracy remains stable regardless of fluctuations in temperature, pressure, or fluid density.
Widely used in oil & gas, LNG/CNG systems, chemical processing, energy, food & pharmaceutical industries, this solution is ideal for high-precision metering, custody transfer, and critical process control applications.
When fluid flows through the vibrating measuring tubes, Coriolis forces proportional to the mass flow are generated. These forces cause a slight phase shift (twist) in the tubes.
Sensors detect this phase difference, and the transmitter processes the signal to directly calculate:
Mass Flow Rate
Volume Flow Rate
Density
Temperature
This direct mass measurement ensures superior accuracy and stability under varying process conditions.
Mass flow accuracy up to ±0.1% ~ ±0.5%
Suitable for custody transfer and precision metering
