The Ambient Air Vaporizer is manufactured from low-temperature aluminum alloy with precision TIG welding and anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring durability and reliable performance.
It features dual pressure protection with a series-installed inlet regulator, an integrated safety relief system for overpressure protection, and a sensitive overnight shut-off device with optional remote monitoring. The system guarantees stable gas delivery without re-liquefaction.
Skid-mounted configurations are available for easy installation and maintenance. Designed to utilize ambient air as the heat source, the unit can be installed outdoors to significantly reduce infrastructure and operating costs.
The Ambient Air Vaporizer consists of three main components: a pressure regulating cabinet, a heat exchanger, and a liquid level indication and protection system. It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving device that utilizes natural ambient air to heat cryogenic liquids (such as LOX, LIN, LAR, LNG, etc.), converting them from liquid phase into gaseous phase.
The vaporizer operates through an optimized heat exchange structure. As the cryogenic liquid flows inside the tubes, it absorbs heat from the surrounding air via natural convection, ensuring stable and continuous vaporization. The entire process requires no external energy source such as electricity, steam, or fuel, relying solely on natural air convection for heat transfer.

The LPG vaporizer utilizes natural ambient air for heat exchange, requiring no external energy source. It should be installed in a well-ventilated area and mounted at least 200 mm above ground level to ensure safe and efficient operation.
An optional forced hot air system is available for colder climates or high-demand conditions.
Suitable for outdoor installation, the system eliminates the need for additional heating, power supply, or enclosed structures — significantly reducing overall project costs and accelerating return on investment.
