The Liquid Gas Hot Water Vaporizer ensures stable vaporization and superheating of liquefied gases using a circulating hot water system. Inside the vaporizer, liquefied gas absorbs heat from stainless steel tube bundles, fully vaporizes, and passes through the built-in gas-liquid separator to remove heavy fractions before entering the pipeline.
Hot Water Supply System: Circulating hot water is provided by an external boiler, pump, and elevated water tank, controlled automatically within user-defined temperature ranges. For safety, the vaporizer is equipped with a pressure relief valve that activates if internal pressure exceeds the set limit.
