Reliable & Efficient Gas Vaporization Solution for Emerging Markets
The Steam Heated Vaporizer is engineered for stable and continuous vaporization of liquefied gases in industrial applications. Saturated steam flows through stainless steel coaxial tube bundles inside the vaporizer, transferring heat to the surrounding condensate water. The warm water then gently and evenly heats the liquefied gas, ensuring complete vaporization and superheating.
After vaporization, the integrated gas-liquid separator removes heavy components before the gas is delivered into the pipeline network.
The system is automatically controlled through temperature instruments to maintain water temperature within the user-defined range. When the temperature exceeds preset upper or lower limits, the control panel triggers automatic alarms. If incomplete vaporization occurs, the liquid level control valve automatically reduces or shuts off the liquid inlet flow to prevent carryover.
For enhanced safety, the safety relief valve automatically discharges when internal pressure exceeds the preset limit
